Baahubali, an upcoming two part Indian
epic film written and directed by S. S. Rajamouli is making waves across India presently for its
story, sound and visual effects. So far, Rajamouli has consistent success track
record in Tollywood. He worked very hard for more than two years to make this
movie. It is a very costly movie in India with very high expectations from all stakeholders.
The film is expected to be released on July 10, 2015.
The media came out with alleged
plagiarism of postures. One of the reasons for Indian films not bagging Oscar
awards globally is lack of creativity. Some of the actors and directors imitate
Hollywood styles and practices thus losing the chances of winning Oscars.
Rajamouli is a hard worker who strives
for excellence. He observes everything minutely and takes lots of precautions to
make the movies. Actors, producers and audiences have very high expectations on
him. Only time will tell whether Baahubali will be a hit or not.
A lot of hype was created for the film
“I” directed by Shanker which invited mixed reviews. The tastes of the
audiences are changing rapidly and their expectations are rising rapidly.
Hence, rising up to the expectations of all stakeholders is a very big
challenge for film makers. Outcome of the film is either a make or break for
Rajamouli.
